Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are extra and not included in initial estimate. If shipping is requested there will be an additional charge for this. Orders can be picked up at the shop by appointment.

All orders are processed within 14 – 21 days. If we can get your product to you faster than that we most definitely will.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we experience higher than normal volumes of orders and there will be delays in your order we will communicate via email of these changes.

We ship orders out according to size and weight. We do our absolute best to box items as tightly as possible with the lightest materials possible that will ensure the safety of the product and to help keep shipping charges to a minimum. There is a minimum $20 for delivery on any order

Custom orders will require a minimum 25% deposit which is non-refundable upon approval of proof. Up to 3 proofs will be provided on custom orders, any changes or additional proofs may carry an additional charge for computer design time. All colours other than black are considered custom colours and an additional charge will apply.
Items are made from 11-gauge (1/8” thick) or 14-gauge (1/16” thick) steel for durability and stability. Any items over 36" it is recommended 11gauge steel (depending on piece and detail). Prices are according to recommended gauge steel. All items manufactured in Canada and sold in Canadian Funds.
